The original purchaser of any Flowerhouse product is covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of its original purchase. To activate this warranty the registration card and a copy of your receipt must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Product registration can be found in FlowerHouse packaging.

 

Returns

If you wish to return a product which you feel is defective please contact FlowerHouse directly.

Products which are not defective may be returned for 30 days from date of purchase. They must be returned unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping. The product cost will be refunded minus a 15% re-stocking fee.

For returns of non defective products, please e-mail us at customersupport@instantgreenhouses.com with the following information:

• Date of purchase
• Reason for return
• your name & address
• What would you like us to do?

• We ship to the United States, (48 contiguous states only).
• We ship via UPS Ground
• All shipping addresses must be actual street addresses.
• All product prices include shipping
