Flowerhouse Warranty
The original purchaser of any Flowerhouse product is covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of its original purchase. Depending on the problem, FlowerHouse may send replacement parts rather than a whole new product. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product for detailed information. 

Juliana Warranty
Juliana Greenhouse Kits are covered by a 20 year manufacturer's warranty on the frame and 5 years on the polycarbonate. During this period, parts that are defective due to material or manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product for detailed information.

Rhino Warranty
Rhino products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for 2 years from the date of original purchase. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product for detailed information.
Shipping

Shipping

  • We ship free to the United States, (48 contiguous states).
  • FlowerHouse products are shipped via UPS Ground from Mt Morris, Michigan 48458
  • Juliana Products are shipped via FedEx ground or Common Carrier from Red Wing, MN 55066
  • Rhino Products are shipped via Common Carrier from Milford, CT 06460
  • Your shipping addresses must be an actual street addres.

Returns for Exchange or Refund

Returns for Exchange or Refund

FlowerHouse & Juliana Products
Products which are not defective may be returned for 30 days from the date you received them. Please e-mail us at customersupport@instantgreenhouses.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an RA number will be refused. Items must be returned unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping and there is a restocking fee of 15% for FlowerHouse products and 25% for Juliana.
Please include the following information:
  • Product name & number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Your name & address
Please check your item immediately after you receive it. Damaged or missing parts noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced by the manufacturer.  Any other problems will be taken care of according to the manufacturer’s warranty enclosed with your product. Please retain your packing slip for warranty purposes.

Rhino Products
Rhino products are not returnable. Be assured that the quality is excellent and Rhino has a two year guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item, Rhino will make it good within that period according to the terms of their warranty.
